That Old Charm is a watercolor of a lovely blue-gray townhouse in DC, whose crooked shutters and old bricks have clearly seen a lot of love. Based on a photo captured by DC-based Adrien Radford, the rickety house and speed limit sign set the perfect scene that begs to be painted. This print offers a more muted color palette, with a close enough perspective that I was able to paint it brick by brick by brick by brick.
