The Slice is a watercolor of a DC row with a classic brick facade as the focal point. The bricks are carefully painted to match the array of colors in the original photo captured by DC-based Jane D’Angelo. I had the pleasure of connecting with previous owners of this brick beauty via Instagram, and “The Slice” was their fond nickname for the home while living there for 4 years.

All proceeds from the sale of this print will be donated to Calvary Women’s Services, a charity dedicated to empowering homeless women in Washington, DC to transform their lives through housing, health, education, and employment programs.
